C'è chi sente parlare del datagate e sembra scoprire oggi l'esistenza dei servizi di intelligence, che non c'è nessun limite che impedisca di raccogliere informazioni su un leader alleato. Dick Cheney, ex vicepresidente dell'era Bush, rivela ciò che è "noto da tempo", ovvero che l'intelligence statunitense opera senza uno scopo, non sapendo "cosa potrà tornare utile" (rif). Per difendere la nazione dal terrorismo, ovviamente. L'organizzazione deputata a ciò si chiama NSA - Agenzia per la Sicurezza Nazionale. Nonostante si spettacolarizzi il fatto che il cellulare della Merkel venga intercettato, tuttavia, non si parla molto dell'altro problema, che non sembra preoccupare i nostri governanti: che anche gli altri milioni di internauti si trovano nella medesima situazione!
... Il che è abbastanza coerente con lo sviluppo dei calcolatori elettronici, se vogliamo, visto che un primo, grande sviluppo all'informatica fu dato dall'urgenza di decrittare le trasmissioni naziste in piena la II Guerra Mondiale!
Così, dato che l'argomento sembra interessare, ho deciso di ripescare e proporvi una recensione scritta a suo tempo per Il Futuro è Tornato.
